Refund Policy

Defective product, transport damage or tampered order

When you receive your order, check whether the packaging has been tampered with or if any of the products are damaged. If so, refuse the order and note the reason for the return on the Invoice.

If the order has been received, you must contact us by email (ninavlindemann@gmail.com) within a maximum period of 07 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order. In this case, the item will be exchanged for a product identical to the one purchased, subject to availability in stock.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel a purchase. If you regret your decision, please contact us by email (ninavlindemann@gmail.com) within a maximum period of 07 (seven) calendar days,

from the date of receipt of the order. The product received must be returned intact and accompanied by the Invoice or proof of purchase.

As soon as we confirm receipt of the product at our warehouse, we will exchange it for another product of the same value, subject to availability in stock.

If there is no interest in exchanging the product, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, depending on the condition of the product.

If approved, your refund will be made to the current account indicated by the Customer within 30 business days from receipt of the product by By Madame Nina.

Late or missing refund (where applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Freight

In case of defective product, shipping will be paid by us.

In cases of regret and exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. We do not refund shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return shipping to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The buyer undertakes to correctly fill in all of his/her personal data and delivery address with any and all observations necessary for shipping. If delivery is not possible due to errors or lack of data, By Madame Nina reserves the right to charge the costs for resending and other repackaging expenses.
